This past weekend we went to the River Market in Kansas City with our friends the Henrichs. We had never been so the Henrichs showed us around and introduced us to a cute little place called Beignet. Their specialty is beignets...go figure. :) I shared a three pack of the traditional beignets with Gwyneth. She didn't take a single bite of the beignet itself, but thoroughly enjoyed eating fistfuls of the powdered sugar.
After our breakfast we walked around the market and came across a cute "train" ride for the kids. The train was made of plastic water barrels and it was pulled by a lawnmower. The kids loved it!
I don't think Gwynnie took her hands off the side of her train car once. She was holding on for dear life!
Gwyneth's friend, Jemma, had a blast and was all smiles.
After the train ride Gwynnie had fun walking around an old fountain practicing her balance and her jumps.

We always have a blast with the Henrichs and look forward to more adventures with them in the city.
